Federal and Ohio Tax Filing Deadlines Extended to July 15

As of today, March 27, both the Federal and Ohio filing and payment deadlines for 2019 income tax returns have been extended from April 15 to July 15 for all taxpayers.  No penalties or interest will be assessed for payments made by July 15.  You do not need to file an extension unless you plan to file after July 15.  Ohio municipalities follow State of Ohio deadlines, so municipal filing deadlines are also extended.  Most other states have extended their filing deadlines to July 15 as well, including our neighboring states PA, IN, WV & KY.

To protect our clients and our employees, Dublin Advisors is suspending all face-to-face meetings with clients until the Ohio Stay-At-Home order is lifted.  We continue to work diligently to complete tax returns by, or as near as possible to, the original filing deadline.
